Project Consulting Services allow our customers to utilize SAP Best Practices and Tools, and the full capabilities of Jason Roberts.  These services are provided to implementations as well as release upgrade initiatives, whenever Jason Roberts is providing project management and consulting services to the customer.

Our Global Sustainable Deployment Framework™, supported by ASAP, Run SAP and Solution Manager as our methodology, ensures success during the engagement.  The ASAP methodology provides a roadmap and accelerators for a range of initiatives including implementations and upgrades, while Run SAP facilitates the implementation of End-to-End solutions operations.  Solution Manager, establishes central repository for all project documentation and provides necessary tools for End to End Operations.
